Talking about breasts catches people's attention of both young and old.
   Especially small breasts can be increased of the size
      And make big ones non-declining or sagging with the world's gravity.

    This Series for Exercise help the breasts to become healthy and prevent natural declining, sagging. These series were designed by me from almost 2-decade of experience. They are very simple. Before coming to the right ones, I tried and error myself for 15 years and practice these exercises all the way throughout. No wearing of bras. The exercise also helps with early detection of breast cancer alike.
     The exercise should be practiced frequently to be effective. After about 15 days one can feel that the breasts become more well-fitting, any free time can be used, do it just one round. We regularly clean ourselves by brushing the teeth, washing the face in the morning and evening, add breast exercise to that won't neither take long nor do any harm.
     During the exercise do not wear the bras. After the exercise you shouldn't wear the bras into sleep. After the exercise you should pour cold water on the breasts. At the time of pouring cold water on the breasts they might not feel anything at all but you will feel that the nipples from sagging will contract. Now let's go to the postures of exercise see what we've got :
     All postures must do 50 times for each one or can be added to 60 - 100 times depending on one's strength of what can be borne and that you won't be excessively exhausted or ached all over the body and make yourself unable do it again the next day. Not to overwork because aside from being ineffective it will also tire and bore you out.

 
 
 
To Work Distant Breasts to Come Closer

Posture 1

    Breast pinching posture. Lift both shoulders together, use both hands to push the breasts up together by using them from by the side of the body. And then link the arms, both hands hold another, lift the shoulder close with the ears. During the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired.

 

Posture 2

     Use a hand to push either of the breasts from the side askew to the middle of the chest, remain the pushing. During the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired and then repeat the same with the other breast.

 

Posture 3

     Use both hands to push both breasts together, ensure that they be close together until both hands can join. During the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired.
     After the exercise pour cold water on the breasts immediately so that the breast become stable and the exercise will help to get breasts closing together, non-declining or sagging.

 
 
 
BREAST DEVELOPMENT POSTURES

Posture 1
     Running up and down 1 step, during the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired.

Posture 2
      Rope jumping, during the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired.

Posture 3
     Shaking you breast, start to sprawl or stretch both legs out, shaking breast, during the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired. Turn on fast music, do it rhythmically with the songs.

Posture 4
     ´Pushing the breast, place you left on your right hand, pushing breast askew up from the lower part and then release. Do it several times. during the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration, count 1-50 or as much as desired.
     After the exercise pour cold water on the breasts immediately so that the breast become stable and anoint with the cream. The benefit is so that the breast develop quick, hardened and well-fitting, beautifully shaped.


 
 
 
Breast Well-Fitting Development, Non-declining.

Posture 1
    Sprawl or stretch our the legs about the same width your shoulder, during the exercise contract the abdomen by expiration and stretch both arms to the back. Expand the chest tightly, both shoulders tight. During the exercise count 1-50 or as much as desired.

 

Posture 2
     Sprawl or stretch the legs out widely. Contract the abdomen by expiration, raise both hand above the head, stretch the arms and make it tight and keep them closest to the ears. While raising the hand rock to the left or to the right either one. During the exercise count 1-50 or as much as desired.
     After the exercise pour cold water on the breasts immediately so that the breast become stable and anoint with the cream. The benefit is so to make the breasts hardened and well-fitting, beautifully shaped, small, the side of the body close-fitting, making the breast breasts beautiful.
